Because AI moves so fast, you're going to do work and build things that end up getting outmoded every 3 to 6 months, but I think that's actually worth it. And part of living at the frontier like this is being comfortable making things that you're going to throw away and then rebuild as the models change. And getting that right psychologically is like maybe a little hard because it's hard to be like, "I want to make this excellent and then throw it away." But if you do get it right, if you do nail it, I think it's a superpower.
